Asea After 5 days of Hard Training

So back in July of 2012, I was taking part one of the Krav Maga Global General Instructor Course. Part one lasts about 5 days and the training lasts for about 8 hours a day. I would take 2oz of Asea first thing in the morning before I went to go train. Usually on the first 3 1/2 hours, I got through training pretty easily without the thought of being tired. Then lunch break would come and it would be back to training.

I'd have to say that this course is pretty equivalent to a football teams hell week. We do techniques repetitively, and we go hard. At the end of training, I would be exhausted and not want to do anything else for the rest of the day. When I get home, I take another 2 oz of Asea for recovery. Usually after this kind of workout, you're not thinking of wanting to go back the next because your body is just done for. After taking this serving of Asea though, the next day I would be absolutely amazed of what had happened.

I WAS FULLY RECOVERED. No pain anywhere in my body. I was a 100% and ready to go in for the next day of training. Before, I would take things like BCAA's and protein which helps you recover (and which is still important that you take), and still feel somewhat achey. While taking Asea though, I was healed completely. Amazing stuff once again!
